Binny Craig Planning Permission Refused
Planning permission was requested for the erection of 20 houses with garages and associated access roads and landscaping at Binny Park, Ecclesmachan.
The Committee then considered six additional items of correspondence, from local residents and a letter from West of Scotland Archaeology Service, all received in support of their objections to the application.
The Committee then heard from Ecclesmachan and Threemiletown Community Council, Uphall Community Council, and local residents, all speak in support of their objections to the application.
